PACKAGING
We have carefully selected our packing materials to ensure they are sustainable and eco friendly. Unframed prints are professionally packaged and delivered in protective, sustainable Eco-tubes. Framed prints are wrapped in biodegradable bubble quilts and delivered in protective, sustainable Eco-boxes. All We Love Prints packaging can be fully recycled.

*Although we endeavour to deliver orders within the delivery windows listed above, we cannot always guarantee this due to unseen circumstances or circumstances out with our control - we hope you understand, thank you.** During November and December (our busiest months of the year), these times are subject to change. As a guide, please add an extra day to both turnaround and delivery times. If you require your order for a specific date during these months, please contact us ahead of ordering to make sure it is possible.
As all prints and frames are made-to-order in our workshop, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these items, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. For home decor, antiques, and other non-custom items, we offer the following return and refund terms:
Time to Return
The product(s) must be in the same condition that you received them—undamaged and returned with the original packing slip. The return period varies depending on the type of product:
• Art Prints & Frames: No refunds or exchanges, as these items are made-to-order.
• Antiques, Homewares & Other Items: Must be returned within 30 calendar days.
Requesting a Return Address
To request a refund for eligible items, please contact our customer care team by emailing marcus@oldtownmagick.com In your email, please include:
• Your order number
• The reason for the refund
• Photos of the product(s) if damaged or defective
Returns & Refunds T&Cs
• Return Shipping: You, the buyer, will be responsible for the return postage fee. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are not received. Vintage/Antique/Furniture items must be returned via an approved courier partner. You, the buyer, will be responsible for the return courier fee.
• Tracking Information: Once the item has been shipped back to us, please provide any available tracking information.
• Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Please retain a receipt of your return for reference.
• Damaged or Late Returns: If the product is damaged or returned after the allowed return window (30 days for homewares/antiques), you will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Personalised/customised orders are not eligible for refunds or returns.
