Refund policy

As all prints and frames are made-to-order in our workshop, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these items, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. For home decor, antiques, and other non-custom items, we offer the following return and refund terms:

Time to Return

The product(s) must be in the same condition that you received them—undamaged and returned with the original packing slip. The return period varies depending on the type of product:

Art Prints & Frames: No refunds or exchanges, as these items are made-to-order.
Antiques, Homewares & Other Items: Must be returned within 30 calendar days.

Requesting a Return Address

To request a refund for eligible items, please contact our customer care team by emailingmarcus@oldtownmagick.com In your email, please include:

• Your order number
• The reason for the refund
• Photos of the product(s) if damaged or defective

Returns & Refunds T&Cs

Return Shipping: You, the buyer, will be responsible for the return postage fee. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are not received.

Tracking Information: Once the item has been shipped back to us, please provide any available tracking information.

Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Please retain a receipt of your return for reference.

Damaged or Late Returns: If the product is damaged or returned after the allowed return window (30 days for homewares/antiques), you will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items
Personalised/customised orders are not eligible for refunds or returns.
