Heavenly Bodies is the story of souls who keep finding and losing each other across lifetimes. These sixteen works explore the fragile miracle of inhabiting a human form - the way we touch, separate, forget, remember, break and reunite in endless cycles of love and return.

Each figure is rendered in darkness, their bodies stitched together from starlight, dust, memory and gold. They feel devotional, almost relic-like - silhouettes glowing with the remnants of a much older connection. The gold leaf marks the places where the eternal shows through, where the soul cannot be contained by skin or time.

This collection imagines that before birth, souls make promises to one another:
I’ll find you.
Wait for me.
Meet me on the other side.
But on Earth, those promises slip from conscious memory, leaving only a strange nostalgia, a familiarity we can’t explain, a longing that feels both ancient and new.

Heavenly Bodies follows the emotional arc of souls separated by incarnation and death. It holds the sweetness of recognition, the ache of forgetting, the devastation of parting, and the hopeful pull of reunion in another world. It reflects the tenderness of loving someone whose face keeps changing, whose body eventually wears out, whose presence you still feel as if they never left.
