I've always thought Sunday's are a great day for indulging and pampering oneself - something I'm no stranger too! My perfect Sunday involves a long lie in, late brunch, a candle-lit bubble bath, a fresh face mask, and if I'm feeling extra boujie, a few glasses of champagne. Setting the mood with low lighting, essential oils and chill music is the easiest way to transport yourself into a bliss-like state - I highly recommend you give it a go!
